IT WAS EPIC WIN!
I swear it.
It was really well-executed. The animation suited the overall feel of the movie.
The concept was a bit cliched but it worked to the movie's advantage. It followed the usual Kung Fu movie plot with Po (the main character) being the "Dragon Warrior". You could tell where the story would lead yet they did it in a nice refreshing way that drew you into the story.
The characters were really lovable. Well-designed, great voice acting, suited their personalities and easy to emphatize with. Please take note of the cast at the end of the movie. You'll see why. ^_~
The comedic timing was perfect! Everyone was laughing their heads off. Jack Black's acting of Po was perfect. You really couldn't help but laugh at his character. XD
It also had nicely integrated bits of wisdom. The logic behind them will be understood better by Psych majors but then everyone will still learn a little something from them.
The action scenes were jaw dropping amazing. You would just stare and go "WOW".
Overall, the movie had a perfect mix of comedy, action and drama.

In the end, IT'S ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES EVER FOR ME.

Impermanence is the only thing that is permanent. I always knew that. But I hate it when it bites hard when it does happen.
Things are quickly changing and it's hard to be swept up in all of it.
Sometimes, I'm really happy due to the changes.
Other times though, the changes hurt. Really bad.
And they've been making me think (coupled with the Philosophy class I recently took) about life. Not in the dark yet hopeful way I used to. I've been thinking through the eyes of anguish, anger, hate and confusion.

I'm glad that I have friends (online and real) who I know are happy. I'm glad that I have an understanding boyfriend who loves me dearly and wholeheartedly. I'm glad that I have my sweet and caring grandmother. I'm thankful I have them. They help me to continue striving in the face of these changes. I'm also glad that I still have my belief in my self. It also encourages me to live in an ever changing world.

The ever changing feelings I have, they've been seeping into my art. I make some pieces which are bright and then I make something dark. I haven't posted these pieces but I will.

A new school year's coming close.
There are upcoming conventions.
My anniversary with is coming close.
Can't wait.
